Description : 1) The PhilHealth Regional Office IX, through the CY 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (₱5, 155, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the bidding for Procurement of IT Toners with IB No. PRO IX 2026-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PhilHealth Regional Office IX now invites bids for Procurement of IT Toners with Invitation to Bid No. PRO IX 2026-002. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifty (50) working days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years (August 23, 2024-August 24, 2026) prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids.
