Procurement of IT Operations services The Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDi) is the implementing body for the integration policy. IMDi, as an administrative body and competence centre, will strengthen the knowledge of municipalities, sector authorities and other partners and expertise on integration and diversity, so that their social mission can be carried out in the best possible way. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into an agreement with one supplier who can deliver operational services for IMDi's current and future IT solutions, as well as function as a competence and collaboration partner within service delivery. The supplier must offer a comprehensive range of services, including renting space for the customer's equipment in a suitable data hall (colocation), operation of infrastructure and platforms, as well as operation with responsibility for applications and associated underlying service layers.
