Procurement of IT Equipment for Various Offices of the College
The CAMARINES SUR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES, through the GAA/Income/Business Related Fund/Fiduciary intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Eighty-two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-one Pesos & 20/100 (2, 782, 941.20) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of IT Equipment for Various Offices of the College. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The CAMARINES SUR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
