ITB No. BAL-CAU2026-005
1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN, through the GENERAL FUND (Mayor-s Office) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 648, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of IT Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN now invites bids for Procurement of IT Equipment. Delivery of the Goods/Services is required 30 days. Bidders should have completed, at least two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
