INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION
(Small Value Procurement)
The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority- Region 9 (TESDA- 9), through the General Appropriation Act, FY 2023 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos Only (Php 192, 578.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of IT broadcasting and communication for TESDA Ix Regional Office.
Price Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Procurement will be conducted in consonance with Section 53.9 SVP of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rule and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Only sealed bids/Quotation from eligible bidders will be opened and a contract will only be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Quotation.
