CONSULTANCY SERVICES
FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONSULTING FIRM/CONSULTANTS
1. The consulting firm should be in the business of consulting for at least fifteen (15) years in the industry and have handled at least 20 government agencies. It is recommended that the principal consultant have an experience in ISO certification body as ISO AUDITOR to have a better understanding in set and certification process of ISO standard but the consultants should be organic to the consulting firm.
2· Must have at least eighteen (18) Water District clients that are already ISO certified.
3. Wide experience in setting up different ISO standards like ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).
4. Must have existing clients certified to ISO 9001:2015 version.
5. PHILGEPS registered for at least five (5) years and must hold Platinum Certification.
