PGC-BAC-2024-006G
1. The Philippine Guarantee Corporation (PHILGUARANTEE), through the 2024
Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Two Million
(Php2, 000, 000.00), inclusive of all taxes and charges being the ABC to payments under
the contract for ISO 9001 & 27001 Compliant Unified Management Platform
Software License/PGC-BAC-2024-006G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PHILGUARANTEE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within seven calendar days (7 c.d.) from receipt of the
Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date
of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of
an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
