Vietnam is an emerging market for English as a Second Language (ESL) in the Philippines, which also showed great interest in the ESL and review programs of the country such as the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC). The Office of Product and Market Development (OPMD) will be participating in the Begin Education Fairs in Vietnam to sustain the interest of the Vietnamese market in Philippine ESL.
