Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i. Experience:Minimum three (03) years- experience in the supply of goods and related services.ii. Statutory Documents:Valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, and other applicable statutory documents under Bangladesh law.iii. Past Performance:Satisfactory completion of similar goods supply worth at least BDT 50.00 (Fifty) Lac under a single contract within the last five (05) years from the IFT publication date in the e-GP System. Experience must be with Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or State-Owned organizations.iv. Financial Capacity:Liquid assets, including working capital or credit lines, net of commitments, of at least BDT 65.00 (Sixty-Five) Lac.v. Compliance:Full compliance with IFT, TDS, PCC, Technical Specifications, and all applicable tender conditions.Special Instruction (Related Services):Costs for transportation, installation, and warranty-period services shall be included in Form e-PG3-4A. No separate quotation is required. For system requirements only, a nominal unit price (e.g., 0.001) shall be quoted in Form e-PG3-4B and shall not be considered in the total tender price.
