Tender Details

Keva (later also the Client) requests offers for the acquisition of insurance brokerage services for Keva's real estate investment unit.

Keva is a procurement entity in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (hereinafter the Procurement Act). The real estate joint stock companies owned by Keva are not the acquisitionunits due to their commercial nature. The tender is carried out in accordance with Chapter 2 § 7 of the Procurement Act, in compliance with the Procurement Act, because the insurance brokerage service for Keva's direct real estate investments is wanted in its entirety, including the insurance brokerage service for real estate limited companies, osis managed by one supplier. With the one-supplier model, uniform tendering and management practices are obtained for direct real estate investments. The insurance cover for Keva's direct real estate investments has also been acquired in its entirety from one insurance company.

The object of the acquisition is described in more detailn in appendix 1 of the request for tenders "Description of the object of procurement"

The customer may, as necessary, acquire from the contractual partner additional procurements in accordance with Section 136 subsection 2, point 1 of the Procurement Act, which are described in appendix 1 of the request for tenders, Description of the object of procurement.

The customer is not committed to any purchase quantities.

Offerbased on the competition, one service provider and one backup service provider will be selected (see the section "Contract procedure" for more details)

The contract period is valid until further notice.
