INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT
1.The Barangay Government of Cupang Antipolo City, through Barangay Development Fund of 2026 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (1, 750, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2.The Barangay Government of Cupang now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT. Delivery of goods/unit is required 5 days after award of contract. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
