1. The Municipality of Banaybanay, through its 2026 Annual Budget, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php 3, 000, 000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement for the Installation of Solar Powered Led Lights in the Municipality of Banaybanay (Solicitation Number: GOODS-4-2026-005).
2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Delivery of the Goods shall be required within Sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
