Description : 1. The Municipal Government of Placer, through the LGU PLACER TRUST FUND- DOH HEALTH FACILITIES ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (HFEP) intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (420, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF AIR CONDITIONER AND REFRIGERATOR UNDER HEALTH FACILITIES ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (HFEP)/GOODS 2026-10-PLA017-PB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Placer now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
