1) The Municipal Government of Baganga, through the 20%LGDF C.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php5, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Site Development of Tigbawan IP Settlement, Brgy. Binondo, Baganga, Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Baganga, now invites bids for Clearing of 5 Hectares Lot, Opening, clearing of 6m x 900m Access Road Completion of the Works is required 43 Calendar Days Bidders should have completed, within Ten years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
