Description : 1) The National Archives of the Philippines, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Eight Million Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 28, 730, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Infrastructure Services, under Design and Build Scheme, for Site Development Works, for the Restoration and Conservation of Intendencia Building (Phase 5b). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Archives of the Philippines now invites bids for Infrastructure Services under Design and Build Scheme, for Site Development Works, for the Restoration and Conservation of Intendencia Building. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Ten (210) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
