Description : Hiring of Contractor
The contractor must be legally authorized to do business in the
Philippines and must submit the following:
- Valid Mayor's Permit
- Valid DTI Registration (For Sole Proprietorship) or
SEC Registration (For Partnership/Corporation)
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) and BIR Registration
- PhilGEPS Registration Certificate
- Must possess a valid and current license issued by the Phil. Contractors
Accreditationn Board (PCAB) appropriate to the project
- License must be valid for the entire duration of the project
The contractor shall secure all required permits and undertake the
complete construction works for the renovation and/or conversion
of a portion of the DTI Office at Gov. Ramos Avenue, Zamboanga City
into a warehouse with 2 rooms and 2 toilet and bath, including the
provision of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision,
and incidentals, in accordance with approved plans, specifications,
