Description : Invitation to Bid for Plaridel Access Road Pipe-laying Project
1) The Plaridel Water District, through the Corporate Budget approved CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3, 170, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Plaridel Access Road Pipe-laying Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Plaridel Water District now invites bids for Plaridel Access Road Pipe-laying Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
