1) The Municipality of Bokod, through the MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Infrastructure Projects Cluster 6-2026 (Bobok-bisal, Ekip and Poblacion). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
