1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD, through the MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS CLUSTER 1-2026 (BILA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD, now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS CLUSTER 1-2026 (BILA), particularly describes as follows:
