PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT FOR REBLOCKING OF MUNICIPAL ROADS
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF LEZO, through the Approved 20% DevelopmentFund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php2, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Infrastructure Project for Reblocking of Municipal Roads with ITB LGU-Lezo-2026-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF LEZO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Section VI: Schedules of Requirements. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
