1) The Department of Health - Western Visayas Center for Health Development, through the GMS 2025 fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (1, 800, 000.00) budget for the contract being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Infrastructure for Improvement of PDOHO Guimaras Building, IB No.SB-2026-025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Health - Western Visayas Center for Health Development now invites bids for Procurement of Infrastructure for Upgrading Repair/Improvement of PDOHO Guimaras Building, IB No.SB-2026-025. using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid. Completion of the Works is Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
