1) The Municipal Government of Baganga, through the 20%LGDF C.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Pavement at Sitio Matanog, Brgy. Binondo, Baganga, Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
