1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the MOOE-2026 (all offices) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Four Pesos & 01/100 (Php467, 724.01) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Information Technology (IT) Equipment (for all offices) or under the contract for this lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites bids for the Procurement of Information Technology (IT) Equipment (for all offices) using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
