1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the General Fund (OBR No. CAA-26-00688-GF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 4, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT (LOT 1-2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
