The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of sixty seven thousand pesos (Php 67, 000.00) only for Lot 1, one hundred nine thousand five hundred pesos (Php 109, 500.00) only for Lot 2 and seventy six thousand pesos (Php 76, 000.00) only for Lot 3, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Equipment for MDRRM Office. Bids received in excess of each item of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
