Description : 1. The Commission on Audit (COA), through the COA General Fund intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (₱10, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Information and Communications Technology Equipment (Azure DevOps + Azure SQL). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. COA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the calendar days stated in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years (November 2022 to November 2025) prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to the supply, delivery and testing (if applicable) Microsoft Azure DevOps + Azure SQL. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
