1. The Commission on Audit (COA), through the COA General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Twelve Thousand Pesos (₱2, 912, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Information and Communications Technology Equipment - 3 Year Software Subscription (AutoCAD, Sketch-Up Pro, Lumion Pro, V-Ray for Sketch-Up and Adobe Photoshop). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. COA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the calendar days stated in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
