1) The City Government of Mati, through the Office of the City Mayor Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of:
Description Approved Budget for the Contract
Lot 1: Desktop Computers Two Million One Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2, 127, 500.00)
Lot 2: Laptops Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (P490, 000.00)
Total Two Million Six Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2, 617, 500.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
