Tenders are invited for Procurement of Improvement Works of Bayazid Irrigation Scheme, Bagram, Parwan Province

Bidders are required to meet the Qualification requirements listed briefly hereunder. [Bidders are advised to refer to the Bidding documents for complete details in this regard.]
(a) Minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction works in any one year during the last 5 years shall be: 9, 000, 000 AFN 2021 price level
(b) Completed substantially at least one similar contract within the last five years with a minimum value of 5, 500, 000 AFN 2021 price level
(c) Access to the key Contractor‘s equipment as specified below;
1 Gcb (Small Excavator) 1
2 Vibratory Roller, Static Weight not Less than 12 Tons, Smooth Steel Drum Type. 1
3 Vibratory Roller, Static Weight not Less than 8 Tons, Smooth Steel

(d) Bidder must demonstrate that it will have the personnel for specified key positions.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of: 250, 000 AFN

The bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting which will take place on 7 Jun 2021 at 10: 00 Hrs, NPA building, NPA Conference Room to clarify issues and to answer any matter that may be raised at that stage. A site visit conducted by the Employer shall be organized on the next day of pre-bid meeting
