Procurement of ICT SUPPLIES to be used by the Systems Improvement and Support Program
The City Government of Digos invites suppliers to submit Quotations for the purchase of ICT SUPPLIES use by the System Improvement and Support Program use by the Office of the LEDIPO. Please refer to the associated components for the list of supplies.
A hard copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) may be obtained from the City General Services Office.
Quotations must be duly signed, sealed, properly labeled, and submitted on or before the indicated closing date and time, addressed to the BAC Chairman.

• SEC/DTI/CDA Registration
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Other documents as may be required by the BAC
