Description : 1) The Philippine National AIDS Council (PNAC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Ninety-Eight Philippine Pesos and Eighty-Six Centavos (PhP4, 666, 098.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The PNAC now invites bids for Procurement of ICT Infrastructure and Network Security Solutions under IB No. 2026-001-A using the Lowest/Single Calculated and Responsive Bid (L/SCRB) as Criteria for Bid Evaluation. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
