Project Name : Establishment of a Technology Transfer Office at CUET

Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i. Experience Requirement:The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System.ii. Statutory Requirements:The Tenderer must possess a valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, and any other statutory documents as applicable.iii. Past Performance:The Tenderer shall have satisfactorily completed the supply of similar goods worth a minimum of BDT 5.50 (Five Point Five) Lac under a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System.Only experience with Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or State-Owned organizations will be considered.iv. Financial Capacity:The Tenderer must have a minimum amount of liquid assets (working capital or credit lines), net of other contractual commitments, of BDT 7.00 (Seven) Lac.v.
