Description : INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION
PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR MEDIA AND OTHER FORUM ACTIVITIES OF PSA-RSSO II
1. The Philippine Statistics Authority - Regional Statistical Services Office II (PSA-RSSO II), through the Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of NINETY-THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PhP93, 950.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of ICT equipment, supplies and materials for media and other forum activities of PSA-RSSO II.
Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.
2. The PSA-RSSO II now invites bids from suppliers for the said procurement. Bidders should have a completed contract on the Procurement of ICT Equipment and Supplies within the period 2022 to 2024 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.
