The Commission on Audit, through its Bids and Awards Committee Central Office (BAC CO) invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for Negotiated Procurement for the above-cited subject pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
The selection of the successful offer shall be based on the Best and Final Offer (BAFO) that will be submitted to the BAC CO on the set deadline, and which would meet the minimum technical, legal and financial specifications required.
