1) The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC), through the General Fund F.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Seven Hundred Seven Thousand Three Hundred Eighteen Pesos (Php8, 707, 318.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR COMPUTER LABORATORIES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF VARIOUS OMSC SYSTEM APPLICATIONS IN OMSC SAN JOSE, LABANGAN, MAMBURAO AND LUBANG under project reference no. OMSC-PBD-GS-2026-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
