1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund 2023 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Twenty Pesos (Php370, 020.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of ICT Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
