Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of ICT equipment for House of Agriculture of North.

1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, issue no. February 5, 2009. Montenegro has received a grant from European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession Trust Fund, through Additional Financing of Institutional Development and Agriculture Strengthening Project in the amount of EUR 4, 723, 806EUR, where International Bank of Reconstruction and Development acting as administrator of the grant funds, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the Contract for Procurement of ICT equipment for House of Agriculture of North.

2. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of ICT equipment for House of Agriculture of North (Virtualization Servers, Management & Backup Server, Storage System, Deduplication Backup Appliance, Datacenter Switch, Firewall, Virtualization Software, Disaster Recovery Orchestration Solution, Backup Software, Windows Server Licenses, Antivirus Software, Uninterruptible Power System, Datacenter Rack).

3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures, specified in the World Bank-s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works, and Non-Consulting Services Under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers" dated January 2011 (revised July 2014), (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank-s policy on conflict of interest.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Technical Service Unit, Mirko Lješevi?, Procurement officer, email: mirko.ljesevic@mif.gov.me, and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 08, 00 hours until 14, 00 hours at the address given below.
