1) The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (PHP 5, 720, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract for the Procurement of Hygiene Kits with Pouch Bag to be Used During the Implementation of Kits for Kids 13th Wave. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2) The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Hygiene Kits. Delivery of the Goods is required twenty (20) days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
