NO DATA PROVIDED ON UNIT PRICES, TOTAL PRICES, TOTAL BID PRICE IN WORDS AND FIGURES, BRANDS AND WARRANTY SHALL CONSIDER THE BID AS "NON-RESPONSIVE", THUS, DISQUALIFIED. A DASH ( - ) OR A ZERO ( 0 ) INDICATED IN THE SPACE PROVIDED FOR UNIT PRICES PER ITEM SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS FREE ITEM TO BE PROVIDED BY THE BIDDER. IN CASE OF DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN BID PRICES IN FIGURES AND IN WORDS THE "IN WORDS" SHALL PREVAIL.
2. DELIVERY PERIOD IS WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) CALENDAR DAYS
3. WARRANTY SHALL BE FOR THE ONE (1) YEAR FOR EQUIPMENT AND SIx (6) MONTHS FOR SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FROM DATE OF APPROVAL OF THE REPORT OF INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE (RIA) BY THE AUTHORIZED NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION-S REPRESENTATIVE IF APPLICABLE.
4. PRICE VALIDITY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF 120 CALENDAR DAYS
