1) The Municipality of Sudipen, La Union through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY PESOS ONLY (Php 897, 940.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF HYBRID RICE SEEDS FOR DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SUDIPEN, LA UNION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
