Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF HYBRID RICE SEEDS

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13, through the Rice Program - GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of the following being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Hybrid Rice Seed, under PR No. C20-2024-03-028. Bids received in excess of each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Lot 1 - 200 bags Hybrid Rice Seeds (M78) ₱ 1, 000, 000.00

Lot 2 - 200 bags Hybrid Rice Seeds (M81) 1, 000, 000.00

Total ₱ 2, 000, 000.00

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required on or before May 31, 2024. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
