Description : 1) The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Sub-allotment Advice No. 2026-03-0018 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 13, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of HPV DNA Test with Provision of Machine under IB No. 2026-06-22 (28). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The JBLMGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Single Calculated Responsive Bidder (SCRB) and/or Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI. Bidders should have completed, within the period of ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II—instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary
“pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009....
