1) The National Defense College of the Philippines, through the NDCP General Appropriations 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million, Eight Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand and Nine Hundred Pesos (PHP 3, 828, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Hotel Services for the Track II Network of ASEAN Defence and Security Institutions (NADI) Annual General Meeting and Retreat on 19-24 April 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The NDCP now invites bids for the project above using public bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required on 19-24 April 2026.
