The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 99 Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Hotel, Meals, Snacks and Meeting Facilities for the Budget Deliberation under Contract No. SF Goods 2026-203. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
