Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Hotel Accommodation for various Events and Programs of the Mayor-s Office through Framework Agreement
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 296, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Hotel Accommodation for various Events and Programs of the Mayor-s Office through Framework Agreement / sjom-goods-0048-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) and single year Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required in accordance with Section VI - Schedule of Requirement after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (PE). Bidders should have completed, at least within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project....
