PROCUREMENT OF HIV TESTING KITS, HBSAG KITS, SYPHILIS KITS & OTHER SUPPLIES

1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Matalam, through General Fund (CAIDS) CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php350, 000.00) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of HIV Testing Kits, HBSAG Kits, Syphilis Kits & Other Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Matalam now invites bids for the Procurement of HIV Testing Kits, HBSAG Kits, Syphilis Kits & Other Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
