The Dingle-Pototan Water District intends to procure the “ High -Efficiency Deepwell Submersible Pumping System consisting of a Submersible Pump and Motor, Motor Control Panel, Submersible Power Cable, Waterproof Splicing kit, Supervision during installation, and Freight to Iloilo ” with an Approved Budget for the Contract of One Million Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Twelve Pesos (Php 1, 016, 512.00) through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
The equipment to be supplied shall be brand new, high-efficiency, and designed specifically for deepwell water supply applications. The submersible pump, motor, and motor controller must be manufactured by an established manufacturer with proven experience in the design and production of submersible pumping systems.
