Procurement help desk system - case system for user support The client for this procurement is ITMidt (inter-municipal IT and digitization cooperation between the municipalities of Melhus, Midtre Gauldal and Skaun) and Orkland municipality. The client wishes to acquire a help desk system that will support a modern, efficient and user-oriented service delivery. The solution will primarily be used by IT departments to handle inquiries, errors, orders and follow-up, but must also be able to be used across organizational units and service areas. The need for a new solution is driven by increasing complexity in the system landscape and higher expectations from users, and the client therefore needs a solution that supports efficient case flow, structured change management and good interaction across roles and professional environments.
