PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT UNITS AND GARBAGE TRUCKS
1)The City Government of Digos, through the 20% LGDF, intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos (PhP 50, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT UNITS AND GARBAGE TRUCKS with PR No. 26-04-1683. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The City Government of Digos now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT UNITS AND GARBAGE TRUCKS with PR No. 26-04-1683 using Competitive Bidding under Republic Act No. 12009. Delivery of the Goods is Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
