1. The Local Government Unit of Tarragona, through the Loan Proceeds availed from the Development Bank of the Philippines Mati City Branch, 2026 (DBP-Mati City Branch), intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY. (₱133, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase Request No.2026-101. Pursuant to the New Government Procurement Act (RA 12009), bids exceeding the ABC shall be automatically disqualified at the bid opening."
